Downstairs you will find a large entry, main living area, dining, a fully-equipped kitchen, a full bath with shower, and laundry facilities. Upstairs are two large bedrooms; the master has a king bed and comfy seating, right in front of a huge sliding door overlooking the waves. The second bedroom has a queen and a twin. Additional sleeping options include: a queen sleeper sofa in the downstairs living area and a pack n’ play for a little one.

Air conditioning flows through the entire townhouse, for Kauai’s warmest days and nights. Separate unit controls in the downstairs living area and in each bedroom ensure a comfortable environment for daytime enjoyment and restful sleep. For the milder seasons, all the main rooms have amazing ceiling fans, and there are lots of louvered windows that crank open to allow the tradewinds to flow.

You’ll be next door to the Sheraton swimming beach.  And only an easy 5-minute walk to Kiahuna Beach and the rest of the Poipu shore along a beach path. Safe for boogie boarding, swimming & snorkeling. And in the condo, you'll find all the beach gear needed to enjoy this slice of heaven… snorkel gear, beach chairs, a beach wagon, beach towels, and lots of sand toys. There are tennis and pickleball racquets for those who want to use the onsite courts, some lawn games, and lots of board games for hanging out after a long day of playing on Kauai.
